Visual Communication

Primarily, we are speakers and communicators, not performers.

We need to be less dramatic and theatric when we speak before any group.  The audience will find it distracting and disturbing with our overuse and abuse of body language.

What we do not say may mean a lot, carrying and conveying a subtle message.

Our body talks.  We show what we mean.  Non-verbal communication relays much to the audience.

Eye contact and facial expressions display a lot of emotions and feelings.

The fingers, palm and hands demonstrate what we wish to put across.

Our posture, stance and body movements show our confidence.

Distracting habits and disturbing mannerisms can be avoided.
